The Yukon City Council has given the green light to a tax increment finance district that will support a major $73 million development along Yukon Parkway. The project is set to include a youth sports facility, medical office space, a hotel, and several restaurants.
Under the approved plan, the city will use future property tax revenue generated by the development to pay for public infrastructure improvements. The development is part of a broader effort to revitalize the Yukon Parkway area and make it a destination for shopping, dining, and recreation.
Construction is expected to begin later this year, with some phases opening in 2026.
