TORONTO, Ontario, Aug. 19, 2025 – Blue Moon Metals Inc. has announced a major step forward in its operations by entering into a memorandum of understanding with Hartree Partners and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management. This agreement involves a substantial project finance package of up to US$140 million aimed at advancing the flagship Nussir Project located in Norway.
The financing arrangement includes a bridge loan with Nussir ASA, a subsidiary in which Blue Moon holds a 93.55% ownership stake. This strategic partnership with Hartree and Oaktree is expected to provide the necessary capital to enhance the development of the project, which is poised to play a crucial role in the region's mining sector.
Blue Moon's management expressed confidence that this financing will significantly contribute to the project's advancement, allowing for the exploration and extraction of valuable resources. As the company moves forward, it aims to leverage this financial support to maximize the potential of the Nussir Project and deliver long-term value to its stakeholders.
